Marshall
Joshua completed an MBA in Managing the Growing Enterprise from Trinity Western University. He has worked with entrepreneurs, business owners, and charitable organizations over the last 20 years. Wherever he has gone, growth has followed. Joshua has been recognized for his ability to scale up business operations and work through strategic change for growth.
When not passionately creating growth for your organization, Joshua can be found enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle with his wife and son.

Dailene Cowles is a visionary leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in business management, strategic consulting, hospitality, and entrepreneurial ventures. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving business success.
Most notably, Dailene has led cross-functional teams and managed multi-million-dollar budgets, delivering on strategic objectives, cost reduction targets, and revenue growth plans.
Outside of a passion for driven business success, Dailene can often be found enjoying rounds of golf on the many courses the Okanagan has to offer and spending time with her family.

After finishing his MBA at Trinity Western University, his wife and two kids settled in the Okanagan where he owns a local bulk food store.
